We save your personal data in our participant register.
We take all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection when transferred to or shared with selected third parties.
According to the Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to be forgotten. We delete your personal data, but then you also waive the right to appear in Tours in Progress and Completed Tours. VGB's register is administered only by signatories at Fjällfararnas Vita & Gröna Band AB.
During the transfer from the website to VGB's email server, the information is stored for a short time on cardskipper before it is deleted.

VGB does not resell your personal data without your express consent to other organizations or companies.

According to the data protection regulation, you have the right to receive information about the processing of your personal data free of charge once a year. Such a request must be personally signed, with full personal and contact details and sent in writing to the above-mentioned address.
